Take a picture of a floor, or upload one you already have, and this finds the closest products in the gallery. Get some white trim or wall in the shot — that is what lets it work out the room lighting. It narrows thousands of swatches to a short list; confirm the colour against a physical sample.

Directory

Everyone in the system, and how to reach them. Anyone can correct a number — a phone list that needs an administrator is a phone list that is wrong within a month. Changes save when you click out of the box.

Inventory Count

Build a count, assign it, and see what came back. A count is what to count — not a snapshot of it — so material that arrives after you build the list still gets counted.

Counts built here are walked in the Warehouse App — the phone app your counters have. They do not appear in the older Apps Script count app, and counts built there do not appear here. Print and the roster are still in the old app for now.

On Order

Everything on order and not yet received. Stock orders are for the floor; special orders belong to a job and carry the rep and property.

Inventory Search

Rolls and items with the bin they are in. Search a roll number, style, colour, PO, supplier, dye lot or a location itself.

Special Order Received

Special orders only. Every line here is a special order still showing as on order — stock deliveries never appear on this screen; they show up in inventory with the overnight feed. Inventory updates overnight, so material that comes off a truck this morning is invisible to sales until tomorrow. Tick what has landed and the rep is emailed and notified straight away. This changes no inventory — tomorrow's feed does that, and the tick stops mattering then. From then on it is on Special Order Aging.

Installer Supplies

Everything issued to and returned by installers, by week. The supply week runs Friday to Thursday. Returned items are struck through and still show what was originally issued — what went out and what came back are two facts, not one.

Problems to Solve

Properties generating add-on after add-on, grouped by cause. One shorted load because a property called it in wrong is noise; the same cause repeating is something to fix. A pattern stays here until somebody says what is being done — and the count keeps climbing after that, so you can see whether the fix actually worked.
Subfloor repairs are not listed here. They are what you find when the old floor comes up, not somebody's mistake. They live behind Show conditions at a much higher bar, for the "every time we go out there" case where the frequency itself is the finding.

Radio

Ask the floor or the office a question, request a photo, or flag a swap when material is running low. Channels are your permission groups, so there is no second roster to keep in step — "everyone in Warehouse" is whoever is in that group today.

Tags counters flagged as unreadable. Print the batch here — use the page’s own Print button so it prints the tags, not the console.

Run-rate, what is on order, and a suggested quantity per material. Draft POs split by manufacturer and category.

Warehouse crews can install this on a phone straight from /app — no app store, no APK. It signs in with the same account as the console.

New Add-On Order

Report material or labour added to a job. The property decides who approves it, so it must match the directory exactly — pick from the list.

Credit-Card Purchases

Approvals

Add-ons waiting on a sales rep's yes. The rep the property belonged to when the add-on was raised is the one who was asked — reassigning a property later doesn't rewrite that. Any active sales rep can cover for another, and an admin can decide anything.

Installers

Add or retire sub-contractors. This list fills the Installer dropdowns on the Add-On and Credit-Card forms, and it's the axis Analytics charts fault by — so a name can't be added twice in different capitals. Retiring keeps their history; renaming carries it across.

Warranty

These are chargebacks to the sub who laid the floor — the sub is charged for putting their own work right. The scoreboard ranks every active sub by callbacks over the last rolling 12 months, fewest first, so the subs whose work doesn't come back are the ones you can see. Nothing is deleted; a chargeback that shouldn't have been raised gets closed with a reason.

Special Order Aging

Every special order that has landed and is sitting in stock, oldest first. Amber past 30 days, red past 60. Anything still on order is on Special Order Received until it arrives. Notes are shared with the Sales app — a rep sees what the warehouse wrote and the other way round.

Who is generating add-ons, why, and where — counted as events, not money. One submission is one count. Money lives on the History tab.

Reps install this on a phone straight from /sales — no app store. It signs in with the same account as the console, and keeps the last list it loaded so a weak signal in a leasing office doesn't leave them with a blank screen.
